Hailing from Salvador de Bahia, Brazil, Marina Nery is a stunning addition to the boards of Joy Starsystem, it is said she was introduced to the fashion industry by a model friend & debuted in 2010 at just 15 years of age (yikes). For us Marina strikes up that certain pizzaz, she reminds us of a time when the highest calibre of models were truly enigmatic and the term ‘fugly‘ was not à la mode in fashion press.
