Versace will unveil it’s first fashion collaboration with H&M this November, the world renowned label has released a sneak peak of what’s about to come in their campaign. In the past couple of years, high street brand H&M has managed to collaborate with huge names in the fashion industry, such as Karl Lagerfeld, Lanvin, Sonia Rykiel and Jimmy Choo, so it’s no surprise creative director Donatella Versace has proven flexible on her word,
having once vowed never to do a fusion line for the mere high street mortals (the latter, almost to that effect) she has now rescinded that decision much to our pleasure. The Italian fashion label is known for it’s amazingly detailed designs and promised to use ‘Iconic Versace pieces of iconic Versace moments’ so prepare to be dazzled.
Donatella Versace is to unveil the collection November 8th 2011 in a fashion presentation in New York. With very few images released thus far from the campaign, Donatella has assured the public that Versace for H&M will feature details such as prints, leather and studs, be bold and glamorous with a rock ‘n’ roll vibe, so we eagerly anticipate the collection’s début.
